I had Kaia ten weeks ago and up until now have been totally uninspired to loose the baby weight! I gained not even a stone but I am really keen to loose it by not wanting to diet! I know not possible but I have a massively sweet tooth!
Clif bar kindly sent me a selection of their bars to try out to give me some inspiration!
Made with organic rolled oats, a source of protein & fibre & no high fructose they are the tastiest health bars I have tried so far!
With a massive selection of flavours there is something there for everyone, my favourite is the white chocolate macadamia which went in the first two days, I even had to head out to Holland and Barrett to buy some more!
Clif bars are a great post work out snack with vitamins B6 & B12 to contribute to the normal release of energy
My other half preferred the coconut chocolate chip flavour and has replaced snacking throughout the day with these!
These are my new favorite mummy snack for the changing bag - I always have an emergency stash for when I am out and about & at only 256 calories a bar are the perfect little treat!
